I just got a new bow and I need a new quiver, haven't bought anything new in about 9 years so I haven't been keeping up with whats out there. I shoot 6mm arrows. Can anyone recommend a quiver that's quiet and lightweight?

It’s basically TightSpot and then everyone else at this point. Silicone inside the hood and individually adjustable grippers keep things secure and quiet. They’re just a bit expensive. They come up in the classifieds now and then.

Tight Spot, been running one for several years and absolutely love it.

Apex Reactor XL basically a copy of the tight spot except it doesn’t have adjustable grippers but I haven’t had a problem with it. I like the dual grippers but I guess the newer tight spots have them as well.

Basically if you are a made in the USA guy then spend the money on the Tight Spot. If you have no shame and want the Apex which gives you pretty much the same features for much less then go with it.

I have the apex and really like it but I also wouldn’t mind paying more money for made in the USA next time around.

I really like a quiver I can adjust how it sits for a better balanced bow. I like the hood slightly leaning forward, sitting high on the bow with it as close to my cables as possible on my current set up.

Tightspot makes a good one. I sold mine when I got my prime Sherpa. A 2 piece is also hard to beat if you don’t take it on and off constantly.

Tightspot, but Conquest Archery has a quiver that's suppose to be good as well.

I’ve never seen a sherpa in person. How close does it sit to the centerline of the bow? And can you adjust it up and down vertically also?

It holds closer than the tightspot. It has adjustability in all directions. Possibly slightly less than tightspot but plenty to adjust.

Oh interesting. For some reason I thought it was a two piece. That’s pretty sharp.

They have a 2 piece as well. This is a detachable 1 piece. Comes off very easy if you like to remove it. Not necessary though. Balance is good.

I'm fond of the Treelimb quivers. Just got a new one with dual grippers and a head to hold ramcats. Well built, simple design and not that expensive. I think having the 2nd gripper will make a difference in the oakbrush I'll hike through to get to my sitting spot. Good luck.

I run a tightspot, there customer service is top notch and pretty quick turnaround if you need to use it.

Any recommendations on where to buy a Tightspot? Blackovis only has a couple colors in right hand.

My Tightspot was a good quiver with no complaints, however I now use a Quivalizer and love the weight savings and increased accuracy.

I am going back to a quivalizer as well, I almost wish I had for Alaska next week. Going to stick with TS for this trip. It really hard to be a good two peice riser mounted quiver for compactness and quietness. Any bow with triangle mount hole gets a two peice elite quiver on it....
