I need a new quiver for my Mathews Switchback. I like the idea of the TighSpot being closer to the riser than most. I want; 5-6 arrow quiver, will hold both expandables and fixed blades, is quiet of course, and can be removed from my bow very quietly once I get into my stand for WT hunting. Any advice on specific models to look at?
THANKS!

7 arrow Tightspot fits all the criteria you're looking for

+1 for tight spot.

I had a 5 on my first bow. Just put the 7 on the new rig. Never even gave it a second thought. It is a bit more $$ than some of the others but after spending $$$$ on the bow an extra $30 or so for the quiver is worth it to me.

Why spend the extra money on a Tight spot if you are just going to be removing it from your bow when you get to a treestand? Just my 2 cents but Id spend less and worry less on the quiver if its not staying on the bow during shots!

If you end up on a spot and stalk hunt tight spot might come in handy. I had one before going to a Quivalizer I thought it was great.

++++1 on the tightspot you won't regret it they are pretty nice. i got tired of dealing with my cheap trophy ridge quiver and there is no comparison.

I should have been more specific, I will be using it for elk hunting and hopefully spot and stalk mule deer next year. For treestand use, you're right, it wouldnt matter if taking it off anyway. Sounds like I better just bite the bullet and get the TS. They seem to have a good following the more reading I do. THX!

If you're removing it then a bunch of options work well but if you will use the same rig walking and stalking the tightspot is a great option. A lot of quivers vibrate after the shot and are noisy-the tightspot has the least vibration and noise of any removeable quiver I have ever used. I used to use 2 pc non removeable 6-7 arrow quivers as the longer apart you hook the arrows the less noise and vibration you will get. Not so anymore with this tightspot.

My Tightspot stays on my bow year round, I even shoot 3D with it on now and win. The last 7 elk I've shot have all been with the TS on and I never even think about it. I kind of laugh when I see some TV hunters hunkering down and take their TS off and lay it on the ground. Then the bull moves on and they have to grab it and run with it in their hand before putting it back on the ground again. Have no idea why they do that.
