QuierKat 65% off

Yeah that’s 500w and the new model, not sure what is new. The 750w was only available in camo also.

I ordered an ibex last Friday at 6:00 pm

I still haven’t received a shipping notice.

I inquired a few days ago, through the QK site, using their automated system, with regards to my order.

The reply i received was that my order will ‘probably’ ship this week, all items are in stock and that I’ll receive a shipping notification once my order ships.

Patiently waiting….
I’ve convinced myself I’ll be the only one denied the e bike lol.
............Received shipping confirmation for the two Ibex bikes I ordered.
+1 I've convinced myself it will be only you and me denied the bike lol.
WHOOP !!

I got the pioneer with the bigger battery. Thought it was the 750 but the 500 delivered.
Yeah, read that a few times now. Reads a bit like some bait and switch, but maybe some guys didn't realize what they had in the cart.
Hopeful that the 750W does ship for us. Looks like that is indeed the case, but actual delivery will tell the story.

I bought the 750w 2022 bike in qk camo. The bike description showed a 9.6 AH battery. On that leftover bike sale you could not upgrade the battery, I asked customer service and they said no. To my surprise the bike showed up with a factory 12.8 AH battery. I had ordered a 17.5 AH battery and some accessories as a second order. I received everything Thursday and Friday in a split shipment. I ordered Sunday morning during the sale and i live in pennsylvania.

I’m curious if you can find a model number on the motor.

Many times the motor marketed at a 500w or 750w are actually the same exact motor just electronically limited from the factory so they can market them as a different Class E-bike to meet regulations.

Not sure if that’s what happened or if it’s truly a 500w motor, but it would be good to check. The electronic limiter can normally be removed in settings if it’s a 750w.

I know nothing about e-bikes really, but my 750w was showing me burning 999w going max. Also has a class 2 sticker on the frame, but they put a class 1 sticker in the box as well😂, thanks china.

I received my bike exactly 1 week from ordering. It is the pioneer and went together easy. I'm wondering if my battery is also not charging as the display has the battery gray and I have charged it for several hours, Shouldn't the battery level show up in black on the screen when charged? How did you diagnose that yours wasn't charging?
The charger LED never turns red when charging. And the battery level wouldn’t increase on the LCD after charging overnight.

The fact that they shipped these with signature required is a big bummer. Mine were supposed to arrive yesterday but now I need to figure out how I’m going to coordinate delivery this week. At least they shipped though.

I left a signed note on my door and they delivered.

Has anybody dealt with returns or exchanges yet? Their initial customer service with shipping and delivery has been excellent along with helpful emails on set up, etc. Just needing to work on an exchange from 500 to 750 and wondering how it’s going to be handled?

I don’t think you will be able to do that, in your picture you clearly ordered the 500. The 750 only came in QK camo and did not have the option to upgrade to the 17.25 battery , the charcoal color and 17.25 battery was only available in the 500 motor.

Look at their return policy. They have a 15% restocking fee and it would be very expensive to ship the bike back.

The Pioneer 750 is badass! Already got a flat. First bike in years.. what are you guys doing to the tires to help with puncture resistance? Upgrading tires all together or adding a liner?

Talked to some mountain bike guys and they said Tannus is the only way to go for flats. I have one on order to try. I have a lot of sand burs where I'm at and was a worry of mine

Nice, thanks! Will check that out. I saw them on the QK website.

Bakcou sells heavier duty tubes, along with a liner that should help without having to go to the full armor.

I got my 3 bikes. 2 here and 1 coming today. But I had a friend who ordered 2 Pioneers on Friday evening and he got an out of stock notice and his card was never charged. Another buddy ordered a handful and hasn't gotten shipping notice yet. So maybe some orders won't be filled?

I've had very good luck with slime in the tube.

If you're in an area with a lot of thorns, Mr. Tuffy or Tannus liners might be a worthwhile investment.
