Quick BOI trip...bring a fly rod or no?

Boise folks...how's the river looking right now? Worth bringing a fly rod and snagging a license for just a morning? Will have a car and maybe just 5 hours at best of free time, but woukd like to get out, assuming it's not blown out or terrible visibility?

It’s in good shape right now, between 250-350cfs. Word is flows will start increasing in the 27th.
