My Lyman 1200 powder measure, scale, dispenser died this morning. It is just short of 10 years old. My Father in law's RCBS Chargemaster died a few years ago.

He replaced his with the Hornaday system.

What say all of you? New Lyman Generation 5 or 6? RCBS? or Hornaday?

I like the system and handle enough Retumbo and H1000 that the larger stick powder's I have been told are hard on the auger feed. Mine died in the panel/brain, so I can no longer communicate with it by punching in commands.

Looking for feedback on longevity.

I've had the best luck with the RCBS. My Lyman only lasted two years.

Bought all my RCBS stuff in '89. Still running all of it. Had to send the tumbler back once. I'm not a heavy reloadeder. Usually 50 to maybe a few hundred rounds per year.
