I think you're still gonna get the stamps later after Jan 1, it just won't cost $200.

Yeah because there’s federal agents everywhere checking people’s paperwork for their silencers.

Agreed, but all it takes is one. The current sentence is 10 yrs. It isn’t worth the risk.
