Any leather mittens with a 18 hour hand warmer works really well. Get the ones with a tight cuff (if you will). Keeps the heat in.

We just picked these up after trying them on at Scheels. No time in the field yet but I'll also bring hand warmers to stuff in the fold over mitten flap just in case.
