Question about Source Reservoirs

I'm looking for another reservoir for the pack. I've read plenty of good things about the Source Tactical models. How durable is the top closure? Specifically, the little tab to hang it from? I'd be hanging it in my pack and dont want that tab to break or, worse, the whole closure fall off.

Thanks!

My overall experience has been good. No troubles with the 3 I own after 5 years of use. Can’t comment on the tab durability as I room mine in a pouch inside my bag.

I've been using one for the past 2 years and have no complaints. The top closure works fine and the hole to use for hanging it from has held up for me.

I was using a source bladder for awhile and I really liked it. The hose has a nice cover on it and the bite valve is like a water bottle mouth piece, which I liked. Then one day I blew the top closure open inside my pack and soaked all of my gear. This was on the hike in so all of my gear was in my pack. Luckily it was early enough in the day that I could lay everything out to dry otherwise I would have been heading back to the truck. Now I carry a camelbak and keep all my gear in dry bags.

Mine has held up well. I wouldn't hesitate to hang the full bladder by the top closure. It's a pretty stout system. Mine leaked in my pack once and I thought I'd put a hole in it but it turned out I just hadn't tightened the cap all the way. No problems since I worked through the user error.

Been running Source Tactical bladders for quite some time. I've had no issues and they've been quite tough. I highly recommended them in my experience both from the hunting and tactical perspective.
