QR Plate for Vanguard PH-111?

I have a vanguard ph-111 and it came with 2 quick release plates. One is the actual vanguard one (QS-36), and the other is a generic aftermarket one with no markings on it.

Does anyone know how I can figure out which generic plate I would need for my panhead?
