Qd, sling studs, or rail?

What do you have on your rifle fore end and why?
2 sling studs, rail and stud, rail and Qd, etc?

I have a Game Scout and a Game Hunter both with little rails up front. That's how I attach my Atlas bipod.

Rail, I use a hatch bipod. The Spartans and that flush mount sure do look nice tho

Stud and a glued in Spartan adapter.

QD and a rail for bipod for load developement. But when I hunt there is nothing but the QD so my rifle slides across my pack. I remove the bipod for hunting, excess weight I never utilize
