I don’t think it does, looks like just webbing.

You can add the tripod loop to mine. I learned how to use it from a Marine Urban Sniper instructor, Paul Butler of Evolved Ballistics.

Try a slogan outdoors Sling. Reduces the felt weight significantly

Paul is awesome. I did training with evolves ballistics and met him.
