This is a field evaluation of the Leupold VX6 HD 3-18x44mm scope. This scope was sent to Ryan Avery for an evaluation.


The scope:



Turrets: Leupold’s Zero-Lock elevation and windage turrets. The button must be pushed to move them off zero. The windage turret is rotation limited.


Reticle: Standard duplex with Firedot illumination.

"Leupold shuffle" is the perfect description for about 90% of my range work over the past several years. I used to think I was terrible at this. Now I realize it's actually my scopes that are terrible and I'm just moderately bad.
