What ammo did you shoot the bear with? The 77 Bergers?
What stock were you using on the mk12?
So if I'm reading the targets right: On Jun 5th you mounted the scope, fired 10x rounds centered successfully on the orange sticker, and then later that day tagged a bear.
Then, on Jun 11th, after riding around in the truck for a bit, the scope "Wandering-zeroed" to the left about .3 mils, for no real reason?
