Putting Manfrotto Ball head on Velbon Ulti Maxi M

How did you guys fit a new head on your velbon? My manfrotto head threads is a much larger size than the velbon screw. How did you guys fit your new head onto your velbon?>

You need to buy the "make thread bigger or smaller" thing

You can get them at Best Buy, but almost any camera store worth anything should have them.

Its what we oil field trash folks like to call a "bushing"

They sell cheaper ones that aren't Manfrotto, but this gives you an idea of what you are looking for:
