i think i am going to make my own, i have left over material i made a quite out of and bought a bunch of zippers, won't be as nice and durable I'm sure, but much less expensive. the shipping from kifaru is a little outrageous.... but their products are top notch!

I love the Kifaru pullouts a lot, they have worked for me....although my large one does have a 1/16" hole in it from something. Don't know how it got there, definitely didn't beat it up on rocks or anything. What really bugs me about the pullouts is the shipping. I want to order a couple more but just to ship a medium bag that weighs a couple of ounces to me costs $10.50 in Cali....the freakin bag only runs $12 to start with. I have to order $1000 worth of stuff from them to make it worth my while. You could fold one up and stick it in an envelope and put a stamp on it and it would probably get here, lol.
You are paying for the guy's time to box it up and shipping supplies, not just the freight charges :)

This has actually kept me from buying more stuff from them.

I wanted to buy two kclips and the shipping was gonna be over $10 for them. Guy at Kifaru said it was a flaw in their system? Sounds like they have no intentions of fixing it. As much as I'm not a fan of Kuiu I'll buy the pullouts from them for the $3.95 shipping.

While I like my Kifaru and home made pulpits I find ziplock bags work just fine as long as you realize they only last a season.
