Puffy pant on a budget

Pulling this back up to revisit since BlackOvis is apparently no more. Looking for a light, packable puffy pant that is budget conscious. What are the current options?

The EE Torrid are still available, light, and priced right, but packability is unknown to me and concerning given the synthetic insulation.

The EE Torrid are still available, light, and priced right, but packability is unknown to me and concerning given the synthetic insulation.

I use the Rab Photon. Synthetic insulation, reinforced knees and rear. More packable than the ecws. Full side zips which was important to me. Around $200.
