That’s worst.

I know for a fact some of those names don’t dial wind. I can count on one hand people I’ve seen at nationals that dial wind.

Yet that handful is good enough to compete in the nationals.

They still hold the wind correction, just attempt to dial the constant. Generally just correct off the miss.

Do you know the handful I’m talking about?

The point remains here’s no way a dialed constant stays constant besides luck. Even if you’re going off your kestrel wind average, it is subject to change that average if you leave it on a continuous capture.

Good shooters understand this about wind, it’s also why the best shooters don’t clean 100% of the stages. It ain’t easy.
