i just wanted to say their customer service is excellent. i have had to work with them before and they have always been great, but this time was different in that it was my fault entirely. long story short i completely jacked up my entire sight guard, and not like i accidentally fell and hit it or something like that. Trying to do some stuff i totally messed it up...and what i would consider my fault or almost abuse. I called them to see if i could order and pay for just that part and get it shipped soon with my hunt coming up in 2 weeks. Once again they took care of me and said it doesn't matter what i did to it, it's covered. retail for the new sight guard was $35, it will be coming in the mail for free shipping out this monday.

some of these made in usa companies with lifetime warranties are really top notch. while some of this gear is a bit expensive, when they have customer service like that, you know you made the right choice buying their products.

My bro jacked up his sight guard and stripped some threads a couple years ago also totally his fault and black gold told him to ship the sight to them. in 7 business days he had a brand new flash point sight in his hand. They take extremely good care of their customers.

and that is their policy, to ship the item to them first.

in my case they took their customer service even further, with my hunt coming up in two weeks i want to keep shooting and i dont want to be without the sight guard as it works well enough at this point. i sent them pictures and once they verified its condition are willing to send me a new one and i will send mine back once it is received....so they even went against their policy because of my situation, great company.

Very good company, when working in the archery business I saw the true customer service side of many companies, as far as bow sights goes black gold is certainly the customer service leader!

I've have nothing but great experiences with their costomer service. Just a few weeks ago I noticed my bubble level was no longer on my sight. I emailed their costomer service and had a new level in my mailbox a few days later.
