Props to KUIU customer service

Just wanted to give props. I took advantage of their Labor day sale but have been having issues with fit and items being out of stock. Their customer service has always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have comped me two day shipping, waived a return fee, and honored Labor Day sale prices even up until today with what will hopefully be my last order. Two thumbs up.

Eh, thumbs down. I just got back from a hunt where I knelt down and ripped my chugach pants in the knee and called CS. They said the lifetime warranty doesn't cover tears, just the material being defective. Tried telling them I didn't tear it, I knelt down and the material busted. They didn't see it that way. Told them they just pushed me to buying another brand. Even had they denied it and said "here's a discount on a replacement pair" I'd be happy, but the pants are 3 months old and worn 4 days.
