Sevens: the answer is "it depends". The barrel contour has a lot to do with it, the bigger the barrel the bigger the barrel channel and less weight. So there are several factors. And yes, the thicker the recoil pad the more weight added. The best thing is to send me the details of the build and I'll see if we can come up with a weight for you. Hope this helps.
