Problem with 2 way zipper.

I have a new jacket that I really like, but the bottom zipper works its way unzipped constantly. Is there a way to convert it to a 1 way? It's a new jacket with a YKK zipper.

I just went through an issue with a like new coat from Midway. I couldn’t get the two way zipper to separate on the bottom. It’s at the seamstress now getting a new brass two way put in. In my opinion, long coats really need a good two way zipper if you ever sit with it on. If it is moving around on its own it might be worth having someone look at it.

In my case, the coat was discontinued and I purchased it a year ago, so Midway did not offer any help with it.

I've been able to crimp the slider down with a pair of pliers before and resolve issues with zippers working loose.
