Being an avid shed hunter I was stoked to get the opportunity to try out this new pack specifically designed for packin shed! I will be using this pack the next 6 weeks with a review coming in June. I will be posting my comments out after each weekend out. Feel free to ask questions about this new pack. I will only be using the base model, with no bags or attachments but can try to answer questions to the best of my ability.

To date I have 4 trips out with this pack and 30 hrs using it.

First impressions, WOW very well designed for this activity, exceptionally light and very comfortable with loads to 50 pounds.

I have been using a Horn Hunter pack for several years and this is a big step up.

The guys at EXO have thought about the difficulty in lashing antlers to a pack and keeping them stable, with limited movement throughout your day, which will equate to anything else you may use this pack for. There are two straps that stretch to bundle your antlers and secure them to the pack. You then have several further straps that create a web affect around your antlers &or anything else you would pack to easily secure them. Looking forward to further days using this pack and hauling antlers out of the backcountry.

This pack continues to shine. A few comments about the two batwing pockets. They allow to you put two large water bottles in each one of them other a bladder. I prefer bottles. I've been running two vertical bottles in each, one 51 ounces another 31 ounces. Inside each wing there is a vertical mesh pocket that allows you to place food or misc items for use in them. On the exterior you have two small open pockets with stretch cords to either place jackets or such in them &or to help secure items in the outside of the pockets. The wings pocket allow you to take more than you expect when initially looking at them. Great design! I will also say I have been stressing the zippers getting all my crap in and no issues to date.

Had some more fun in the pack the last two days and added the hip pouch for more old man snacks, ie chocolate :) I continue to be surprised how much stuff I can cram into the wings and two pockets on the wings with stretch chords..I am maxing out the zippers to the fullest extent with no failures so far.

That is a very good question...been asked several times and don't know the answer...bought about 7 ish years ago, full leather for glock...reason I bought is runs extra clip below buckle...bought at white elephant..wish I knew the answer for you.
