Continuing the “thinning”, letting go of a pre 64 Winchester model 70 transition era rifle in 30-06. Rifle is in VERY good condition for a 1947 rifle. Overall bluing is beautiful with few signs of wear. The same can be said for the original stock, with a few dings and dents here and there but is in overall great shape. No pitting, no signs of previous rust, bore is in excellent shape. Very few transition era rifles compared to other pre-64s.
