Pray for Charlie Kirk

Its just disgusting, the whole thing. I'm not in to consipracy theories most of the time, but this smells like an organized set up vs a lone wolf. The timing of the shot alone, while he was discussing mass shootings, reeks of calculation. How could someone 200 yards away know what was being discussed at that moment?

I just hope and pray the catch the suspect or suspects very quickly and they don't have time to commit suicide like the parasites they usually are.

Prayers to Charlie's wife and 2 children. Just heartbreaking.

What a tragedy, super smart young guy with tons of potential and a really good head on his shoulders for a political figure, this is terrible.

I can’t believe someone would want to kill him, regardless of your ideology, so insane, and terribly sad.

Well said and agreed.

RIP Charlie

This will only make it worse.

The comments on social media condoning and outright supporting this act of violence is frightening. Similarly, the leader of BLM outright supporting the senseless stabbing murder of the Ukranian lady, saying that people have a right to violence.

The divide will get deeper and wider and eventually something will have to give.

Read some of the comments on social media. There is a large and loud number of people that are celebrating this and encouraging more violence against other leaders that share Charlie's politics and views.

This is, at its heart, domestic terrorism. Silencing of the opposition and scaring anybody with similar thoughts and ideas to keep their mouths shut.

It’s too bad he was killed. Did he have a talk show? His Wikapeadia sounded like any other conservative talk show host.
His whole platform was based on free speech and having civilized discussions with those in disagreement. He sat down for friendly podcasts with Bill Maher, Gavin Newsome, and others in which he had very different politics than. His main gig was meeting with college students on campus where he offered to have the same type of discussions, to challenge viewpoints and have his own challenged. Unfortunately, this ultimately lead to his death.

I don’t have any social media, but I can imagine and don’t care to read the comments, and certainly don’t want to see the video.

Celebrating this is so disgusting, what is wrong with people?

That’s probably why he wasn’t on my radar - I pretty much ignore anyone that’s not in elected office. I’ve probably seen him in small amounts just don’t remember him.

It took tremendous courage to constantly enter the lion's den of ideas and mix it up with both students and professors at these events. He used ideas, facts, and well formulated arguments to challenge the myths and dogma taught at these universities. He did this with tremendous humility, never having attending or graduating from college himself. He was a leader in ever sense of the word and we lost a phenomenal person today.
