Inseams not waist size. You have to find the right colors for the sale price. I randomly picked a 40x30 green that was on sale but way to large for me. Can't find anything in 34x30 on sale sadly.

I usually wear a 36 decided to try on some on sale 38s and they worked out probably better for me.

When you go to the main website there is a banner for the sale on the homepage, click through there, then search pants. Like others said they have a few random size and color combos on sale for $41, then when they are added to the cart the other 25% comes off.
