I normally wear a 30 waist. I've been wearing a pair of 30x30 for the past few years that started feeling loose, and I had lost alittle weight. So I tried these, and I can fit in them, but its tight. Yesterday I made it by a store outta town that had some 30x30, and they fit perfect. I think my old pants were just worn out around the waist. So thats how I ended up with these 28's.
