The guys I work with and my boss would get 1-5 Mil each so they could retire comfortably and immediately. A few best friends would get 5-10 Mil each. Probably set up a hunting consulting firm for my buds to properly vet prospective outfitters for a decent salary. Make sure my parents and sister/bil had more than enough. Set up trust funds for the kids and any future grandkids. Have a couple nice places in northern and southern AZ to live and shelter funds and income, set up a nice Midwest whitetail property. Finish my true sheep slam of the 7 NA sheep, start hunting all over the world for whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted and fly first class or private to get there. Make sure my wife got to take me to all the other dream places she has not dragged me yet. And finally, go to some of the banquets and start bidding Jimmy John and the other rich guys up for some governors tags.

And hunt summer musk ox every year and fly that sucker home whole and dry age it for a month for my beef supply for the year. Probably a buffalo too. And a halibut, crab, shrimp, salmon trip for freezer filling as well!

I hope anybody who wins and is a regular kind of guy doesn’t lose perspective after winning that kind of money…

I used to guide fishing and I’d often overhear clients talking about a lot of different topics. The guys who flew in on their private jets always had some pretty entertaining conversations, and once two of these kind of guys (they lived in the same neighborhood in the same city and both flew in separately on their own Gulfstreams) were talking about wealth. They mentioned a friend they had in common that sold his business for a fortune, and one guy asked the other guy if he considered him wealthy… the guy says to the other guy that he didn’t consider anyone rich until you could live the way they do off the interest off the interest.

Blew my mind.

Start a college scholarship, probably help a buddy out with his archery shop, try to find another small company or two to be an investor in, buy a nice house, buy a small but fun cabin somewhere near a lake and skiing for my wife, some new vehicles, hunt like cam Hanes does every fall with a couple good buddies

I’m buying ground and building training ponds up here for summer and down south for winter. Making big enough so nationals could be held there. Then I’m traveling around running and training dogs and chasing ducks with said dogs.
