Somewhere in the back of my brain is some knowledge that makes me feel like it would be more efficient to not fully charge devices off of my backup battery pack. Can anybody confirm this?
It's hard for me to put into words but basically the last 10% is more difficult (inefficient) than the first 10%. Is that true? Would charging a device to 10%, 10 times take less energy than charging to 100%, 1 time?
