I've seen a lot of posts about the Polonium 30, I would use it for my 22-22-250 and 6.5prc. Anyone who has one of has considered one do you enjoy it or wish you would have gone a different route?

I have one on a 308. I mostly got it because it was available locally and I wanted a newer, shorter, lighter suppressor. For what it is I like it. At the time of purchase my budget was about $500 for a suppressor before the tax stamp. In that price range it seems to be a good option. If budget was no object I would spend a bit more for something with the same/better suppression but made of titanium.

If you're going to shoot .264 and smaller, something with a smaller aperture in the same overall size is going to suppress more

Depends what hype you are referring too.
I enjoy mine and would buy another. I am actually waiting for my dealer to get some 22 cal Polonium’s.
For the price they are durable and have a solid Warranty (though I have not used the warranty myself).

I will say there is some weird Bubbah hype reviews outside of Rokslide. “I shot mine on my .308 while hunting and my ears didn’t ring! It’s the best!” Is one I have seen a few times on the internet.

Also. Pew science didn’t rate the Polonium 30 very highly on his .223 tests. Lots of people run around the internet spouting off his tests and saying it’s not good on .223. I went into it expecting it to be shit but was pleasantly surprised how it works on a 12.5 and 18” gun.

First question - is the primary use hunting or range time? The difference being expected volume of fire at one time. I use my 30 cal Hydrogen S on 6.5 calibers hunting without any issues (large open spaces). I prefer to use my 6.5 Hydrogen S for range time. The berms reflect a lot of sound.

First suppressor - go 30 caliber as it works for 99% of a gun safe. Then start adding other suppressors. Now I have 30 cal, 6.5 cal, 22LR and 9mm suppressors. My wife prefers shooting with one so they just started being a necessary piece of gear.
