Has anyone driven across Iowa on 80?
Last year 80 was so bad we came home through North Dakota, just to avoid Iowa.

I’m leaving Sat for Idaho. Might just swing up through Chicago to avoid Iowa.

80 was so dang rough, seemed like the road would have a big dip about every 40’ feet.

I actually stopped and let most of the air out of the bags on my truck.
The road was so bad, on the way home we came across ND just to avoid Iowa.

I live in Western IA. 80 is rough in some areas, but they've been resurfacing all summer out this way. The truck traffic between Des Moines and IL border can really suck. Good luck!
