Please help me select a Pan Tilt Head

I recently purchased a Vortex 15-45x65 HD Spotter and a Medium Outdoorsman Tripod. I want a nice light Pan Tilt Head, but I have spent enough cash and cannot afford something from the Outdoorsman line. Can anyone provide me a possible alternative that is of good quality for this tripod, but which does not break the bank? I am packing it, so weight is of concern.

I picked up a Slik 707 2-way pan-tilt head that I like (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/508060-REG/Slik_618_717_SH_707E_2_Way_Pan_Tilt_Head.html). Weighs in right at a pound for $60. Just saw a lighter 3-way head that they make that I might have to try out (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/333980-REG/Slik_618_640.html) for $40.
