Pistol holster

I posted this in the current holster thread, but I was so proud of myself I wanted to post it here as well. I had been looking for a pouch that would be thin and out of the way, protect the gun, would attach to a mollee belt, and offer reasonably quick access. After looking for a while I wasn’t able to find what I wanted.
I ended up ordering a Condor T and T pouch and gutted the inside of it completely. Then I sewed an old Velcro patch I had laying around and cut an old Velcro gun holder to fit. This seems like it will be pretty secure and will give me a little piece of mind if I decide to shoot an arrow at a black bear from the ground.

Seems just crazy enough to work, sometimes the simplest solution is the best one. I’ll have to gut one the pouches in my old army box and try this too.
