Pinned Hawkins hybrid direct mount vs picatinny rail

For a Defiance anTI, is the general consensus that a properly installed pinned picatinny rail with a good set of rings (Area419, ARC M10/M-Brace rings, NF) will handle better being bounced around than a set of Hawkins hybrid direct mount rings or is it roughly the same ?
