I would not have been able to wait. How far was the shot and how did those Berger bullets work? I have a 1:8” 264 Winchester that I am starting load development with the 156g Bergers. I usually shoot ballistic tip/accubond.

Shot was 330. The Berger did it's job. 130s always shot great in this gun.

Someone's going to get a great deal on an incredible gun. The action alone starts at $1400.
