I figure new arrows, time for a new color scheme for my vanes.

I'll run AAE Max Stealths, likely 4 fletch. Never ran wraps before but I'm considering it, just looking for some ideas.

I really like the yellow and white much more than I thought I might. Playing with 4 fletch vs 3 fletch with the blazers, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference, so 3 fletch will be my likely choice.

I do like the reflective wraps.

I saw that Onestringer has reflective "tracers" which are just small wraps that go on between the nock and back of the vanes- could be a great option for low weight + high visibility.

I've ran the same color for all my vanes for the last 7-8 years, I would notice the rotation of the arrow more with 2 different colored vanes and it messed me up bad, so I generally stick with all 3/4 vanes being the same color

I’ve been trying out the tracers from onestringer as well. I haven’t had to look for an arrow in the dark yet though, but checking inside with a light they do light up pretty good.

I shot flo. yellow for a while until I started hunting out west and struggled to find my arrow in harsh/direct sun light.

Just switched from blazers to max stealth vanes this summer.

I found that in some cases, especially between green and white or similar, but this white/yellow seems to be just enough contrast but not too much to see too much rotation.

I was pretty impressed by it. I used a mini when I ran blazers, but had to go the mini max for the longer vanes. It seems to put more helical on then the mini even with blazers.

Just finished these up, 3” Q2i fusion X-II in a 3 fletch helical with a 6 inch wrap. Used the 2.3” in a 4 fletch previously but the 3 fletch flies just as good if not better. The pink and white really pops in the sunlight.

Only shot them with broadheads out to 40 so far but they’re flying great. Have shot field points to 85 without issue.
