Pic rail question

Have a Savage axis in 6.5CM. Yea I know not a high end gun. but thing is stupid accurate and I use it for Whitetail here at home.
Here recently I found a smoking deal on a Gen 1 Vortex Viper PST. Well the illuminated reticle didnt work so I sent it to Vortex for repair. They found an erector bad so they just replaced it with a Gen 2 PST 5-25x50.
Most all of my other rifles have Leupolds on them so im putting this Viper on the Axis.

I need to get a Pic rail for it but I am not sure if I need a 0 MOA or a 20 MOA.
I assume the 20 MOA would be best just due to the size of the scope?

The cant is there to free up usable travel in your scope. If you have less than 20moa down travel....it won't work.

Fwiw, when I set rifles up to use all of the travel they tend to be in the 30-50moa of cant area.

In doing a little reading...Which I should have done first. I think the 0 will be fine for what I am doing. I really dont see myself shooting really long distances like a lot of you are able to. So I think the 0 MOA rail would be best.
