Photography- one photo a day

iPhone 16 Pro, but shot RAW using the Moment Pro Camera II app, then a quick edit in the Lightroom mobile app (mostly just darkened the blacks for more contrast, and lowered highlights since they were kinda blown out).

I've never been particularly happy with photos taken with the standard camera app, but Moment + Lightroom has so far been impressive for use cases where I plan on spending some time editing.

Have you shot any video while digiscoping with that app?
Or any photos through a spotter?

Killin' it with the spotter/phone combo! I recently got a new phone, Pixel 10 Pro, and it kept switching lenses on me right as it would near focus on the spotter - it would go from the wide angle lens to 1x then back over and over again just giving me a blurred screen. It would do it using the MagView app (which I thought locked it on the 1x lens) and would do it using the phone camera app. I think I have figured out how to lock it on each lens using the Manual Pro settings now that I'm home. My Pixel 6 Pro never did that...?

Had to rely on my camera and never enough lens!

That was with my canon gear. R7 and 70-200z, with 1.4tc.

I had similar issues with the built in apple camera app and my previous iPhone, so started the Final Cut camera app to give me more control. But, the built in apple camera app with my new iPhone works ok. Still going to check out the one mentioned above too.

Right on! Now I feel better about my spotter/phone fail...and worse about my camera/lens skills!
