While the wife was out on a guided owl tour, that didn’t produce any of the 6 they were hoping to see. I took my daughter for a local rip around the back roads and we found a barred. This is her(7) first owl photographed.View attachment 842585

A deep shoreline tidal pool in Hawaii...

Photo was taken yesterday on a memorable shoreline hike with my 5yo grandson. This particular pool had over a dozen large sea turtles that we enjoyed watching...the head of one is visible in the center of the pool.
