Right on TB...the Chugach Mountains were extra pretty yesterday. I never get tired of seeing them.

Not very uncommon. I have shot two, which is completely legal because the beard is the feature hunters look for, and being a lot of turkey are taken in the very early morning they are mistaken for a Tom.

I unknowingly flushed a Turkey hen off her nest today. I stopped to check my onX and she took off about 7ft away from me. This is what she was sitting on:
