Yeah, I believe you are correct. The Chevy has that raised rib going across the back top of the cab, which the Ford does not.

Thanks for the bump for me to research it a little more. The white stripe is what matched to my eye. It is lower on the Chevy than the Ford. This truck was pretty well stripped, but it was a neat find for me.
