I received my phoneskope iPhone 5 adapter today and had a little time to play with it, I really like it and wanted to share this product with you guys. I intend to do a review of this product in a few weeks once I put some miles in the field with it. I think my digiscoping problems are solved but time will tell. Here are a few photos.

I just got off the phone with the guys at phone skope and placed my order. Really cool people, they are making my adapter for my compact spotter for only an extra $5. If the spotter you have isn't on their list they will make it. I can't wait to use it in AZ next month on my archery deer hunt!

Hey Dr. I haven't tried it out yet, I just got it in the mail on Friday.it is pretty cool, they make the adapter just a tad bigger than the OD of the eyepiece so that you just wrap enough electrical tape around the eyepiece to make the perfect fit. I will take it out today and try it out when I go shooting my bow and post later. You know what, I'm going right now!

Well I just got back from shooting and digiscoping. It took a little adjusting to be able to get images to view correctly but when I got it it was nice. When I pushed the adapter all the way flush to the eyepiece the image was to bright but when backed off about a quarter inch it worked perfectly. The adapter is about 3/4" thick so it isn't a problem getting the image to appear clearly. Here are some photos from this morning

I know this should probably be on the archery thread but I was exited about my long range shooting. Back to back 80 yrd groups! This is probably nothing for a lot of you long time archers but I have been only shooting bows for two years now and feel good about the groups

One of the only problems I see is that with the phone you cant set it up with a timer to get rid of the shake from the actual pushing of the phone button to take the picture.... Good looking digiscope photos!

I downloaded a timer app for my phone, lets me run from 5-60 seconds and also set up bursts to take multiple pics. Have not used it digiscoping but has worked well for everything else so far.

I use gorillacam app. You can take sequence shots with it as well. I usually take five, 1 a second then delete the ones that I don't like.

Anyone think about getting phoneskopes app? Are the other apps with delay free?
