PhoneSkope: GoPro 7 on Leupold Gold Ring 20-60x80

Has anyone had any success getting a good setting using a GoPro 7 with a PhoneSkope adapter on any spotting slopes? I have watched several video tutorials but no success with any settings.
When using my iPhone 12Pro Max on this same spotting scope and the PhoneSkope app, it works great.
