What action footprint does this accept ? Remington long action by chance? What magazines does it take?

It accepts a Seekins ph3 action.

Which is based off the rem 700 action. But it would take some modifying to get it to work with it. I tested it with my own rem 700 action and it seems to fit except for the recoil lug.
I figured I would try to sell it before I modify it myself to fit an older rem 700 I’ve had in the safe for awhile

does it come with the bottom metal ?

I believe the PH3 action is flat on the bottom, where a R700 style is a round bottom action.
My PH stock has flat for the action to sit on and torque against but maybe you could bed another action into it?
