I’m downstream in a refinery and last year was one of our best years ever, that resulted in our largest bonus ever. I’m in operations and if there is one constant, it’s that people always need gasoline and diesel fuel. The pay is good, and I generally get enough time off to go chase critters out west.

As far as your daughter is concerned. Several of our process engineers are women. I’d almost guess more than half of them are actually.
