I like the measuring system where we get a 130 but it's about a 160 hahaha. You could be right but I feel pretty good about it 150. Even if it mid 140s or higher, still a pretty big deer and many will never get to take something like that. My goal is to get a matching 170" WT to tag along with my Mulie, but I think that's going to be pretty difficult.

It lacks the fork depths for the higher score but seems to have everything else. Just cant worry about that. It is a great looking buck.

Be nice to put a 130-170 inch WT next to him.

I wish that for you. 2 balanced bucks would be awesome.

Heck of a nice buck, OP. I’m with everyone else, thinking that buck is in the 140s, which is a fantastic 8. 160” 8 points are about as rare as hen teeth.

I’ve got a 148” mainframe 8 with two kickers that gets him to 152 gross non typical (the only score that I think really matters). His frame is similar to your buck, with better mass.

The 152” 8 is in my trophy room with three bucks that gross in the 160s, and he’s a more impressive animal.

Where do you hunt mainly in Florida? I live in Saint Johns County. The past 2 years I've stopped hunting here and have been going Texas mainly for whitetail now and then expanding my trips west for other species now. To me, it's not worth it for florida deer. Public land here is definitely hard hunting. I've hunted mainly private land but if i was on public, I would mainly be Camp Blanding, but haven't been on public Florida land in 15 years or so. Great deer though.

Congrats on a nice buck for sure! I killed my biggest buck this year too and everyone asked me what he scored and I have no clue, I could care less about the score.
