perimeter bug netting around pyramid tent

What do you think of the idea of bug netting sewn around the perimeter of a pyramid tent? Oware and Bearpaw offer it as options (I think MLD does as well). How effective is it? I live in Colorado and can be in some really buggy areas, but I have always found nests confining. If perimeter netting is, say 50% as effective as a nest in dealing with bugs, that might be a worthwhile tradeoff.

If you go this route, please report back. This is something I've been curious about for years. The mosquito game is pretty serious where I live, so I always figured I'd need to be pretty sure before going for it. I've got a GoLite SL5, and prefer it without the nest.

Been curious about this myself. Would be nice to have a short mesh knee wall on buggy nights.
