Now that's it's been out a while how has it held up after hard use and washing? Retaining its wind block, abrasion resistance, retaining its stretch?

Size wise any one have it that is about 6'2" 170ish? Wondering how the sleeve length is if using as an outer layer.

I have only had mine for about a month so I can't comment on the durability....i'm
6'4" 200# knuckle drager and I went with the XXL and it fits my arms but a little loose in the body if that helps.

The face fabric is really prone to pilling and snags. I have a solid full zip one I wear at work, and it looks fairly rough after 6 months. Performance wise I haven't really seen any changes. The crappy stitching on the cuff tape is already coming loose. Overall they are light and good performance, but execution wise, it's my crappiest KUIU garment.

Curious what kind of work you do? thats the first time I heard about it pilling on any forum.
That being said maybe I'll just suck up the extra weight of my guide jacket.

Don't get me wrong it's a nice piece for sure, just not as robust as a Sitka traverse fabric or Patagonia R1 for example. It would look pretty rough after a trip in the timber I think.

I'm a mechanical engineer, so most days I'm rocking my standing desk....not exactly and extreme environment. I have snags all over the place, the pilling is from rubbing up against tables, the standing desk, general daily movement.

Sooooo, I've had mine for a year. Size large, I'm 5-10 170. I wore it last year for about 25 days of hunting. I wore it every day. Zero pilling. It does have some snags. Not too many though. I had the Sitka traverse. It had tons of pilling and they warrantied it. I never really used the traverse much. I found the material hot and would bind or bunch up. The peloton is so versatile. I use it over a tee shirt. Over my Chama. Under my kuiu super down or over it. This winter I picked up a chugach. I'll certainly be wearing it under the chugach. I'm pretty well set now. Of all my pieces, I can promise you the peloton 240 will be worn everyday. I think it's held up extremely well. Get it in camo, and any snags won't be very noticeable. Btw, as much as I love it! I don't find it particularly warm. but that's why it's so versatile. It's also about $50 too expensive.

6'2 180 lbs. I just got a size large and it fits me slightly snug with a couple shirts underneath but I like a snugger fit rather than a big baggy top. Fits me perfect, and i cannot speak of durability etc yet,.

That helps me a lot with the size, have you worn it over an insulation layer?

I used mine of two weeks of solid mountain hunting, followed by another couple weeks of moose hunting and it looks no worse for wear. It'll definitely be going with me again this year into the mountains. I wasn't sure what to expect out of my 240 Hoodie, but it's been very impressive and super comfortable. I can see it not holding up very well against brush though as the outer fabric is pretty soft and looks prone to snagging. I haven't had any pilling problems with mine to date.

nah, It wouldn't fit over an insulation layer, not mine at least. I would wear an insulation layer overtop of the peleton

Last year i weighed 180-185 during hunting season. I used the large 240 only over a teeshirt or firstlite chama. I've lost almost 20lbs since. Now I can use it over or under my superdown. This is how I intended to use it all along. So if your wanting to use it like that. You should get an xl. I could see me picking up a 200 for next to baselayer. But then again, I could just run a light polarfleece and save some coin.
