Pelican Vault replacement foam

Anyone have a cheaper alternative to the $79 Pelican replacement foam? Bought a new bow and need to cut new foam, the old cutout isn't even close.

While certainly not cheaper up front, Magpul makes the daka grip organizer for the vault cases. Since it's reconfigurable, it might be a money saving option when considering future bows, or making it a multi-purpose case. I haven't used it myself so I can't actually vouch for it, but I was considering trying it next time there's a good sale because buying new foam for each bow/rifle isn't appealing to me.

Sometimes craft or fabric stores have what you need. There is also foam used to do various upholstery.

I’ve used my foam and air mattresses in a pinch, but definitely not a long term solution.
