please post some pics if you print some and let me know how they work out.

It printed out really nicely, and the design was great! It didn't fit the Peax Duo, so I had to make another model. I found i had to print with 100% infill to get the right level of strength.

Has Peax fixed the bracket issue on their own yet? Was looking at the new green light one but hesitant about reviews.

Ya I’ve had it for over 3 seasons now between going out west and hunting here in pa wv and Ohio and I use it camping / fishing

Hey @CAM_D I have been reading a lot of reviews online and want to buy the Peax headlamp but if I do that, I’d like to buy a 3D printed bracket from you in case it breaks on my upcoming elk hunt. That would give me a lot of peace of mind. I just created this account to reach out and see if you still do that?

My 1 year old peax just stopped working on me. I thought maybe it was the battery and swapped it out and still nothing. Tried emailing peax and haven’t heard back. I have 4-5 sofirns now and they are all still working great. I’ll likely just keep using those.

Thanks to this thread I just bought 2 sofirn D25LRs instead of a PEAX. Wasn’t even aware of them

I can confirm that the bracket has been changed. I had an o-ring break and pop out 1/2 way on mine. Sent them a pic, the said send it in, and they shipped me a new one with a new bracket. Old bracket doesn’t even soon to work with new light as it doesn’t have a big enough bump on it to hold the light at the required angle. Anyway, great light and love the lockout feature. Great customer service too.
