After a lot of trips out and lots of time behind the glass I was finally able to turn up this buck! I knew with the cooler weather and prerut kicking off, eventually a better buck would show up at food sources that held good numbers of does!



Having the family along on the hunt made it even better! Blessed!

Looks like South Dakota to me.

Whenever I drive through that country I wish I could dump at 600 elk in there and cut off access for 20 years and see what happens.
